What ever happened to freedom of speech?

Ok...someone said something that offended someone on the radio.  On the other hand, someone can walk around the mall with a t-shirt with the "f" word on it and I can be highly offended and incensed because children are exposed to that crap and it is "freedom of expression?"  Frankly, I'm tired of all this.  Either rip the t-shirt of that jerk or quit whining about talk show hosts.  This is just another indicator of the preponderance of racism in this country coming from minority groups.  The only solution is color-blindness.  Frankly, there are only 2 types of people in the world.  Good people and jerks.  We seem to have a lot of jerks, lately, though, since the dominant culture today is thugism.  If someone is promoted because they are of color, that is racism.  If someone gets a hand up because of minority status, that is racism.  All of these things continue to increase the divide between races and cultures and most of the "minority" groups keep them going because they have a vested interest in keeping the idea alive.  After all, if everyone is judged on ability these folk have no reason for existence.  They are the true racists of this day and age and they prey on groups of people with little education and ability.  Until the t-shirts disappear, students are expelled from school for cursing out teachers and staff, rap music that expresses beliefs that women are only good for sex and thugism is cool, and "you're saying that because I'm (pick your ethnicity)" rejoinders that are used to try to intimidate people are gone, then don't say anything about what someone else says.  I'm puzzled that freedom of speech has been attacked so vociferously and we are letting it happen.  Shame on Gus Garcia.  It's unfortunate he doesn't believe in a consitutional right that is expressly stated in the constitution.
